I am Proud to say this About our Ohio OSTA

The Ohio State Trap Shooting Association membership has not been " GOOD OLE BOYS CLUB", The state of OHIO TRAPSHOOTERS have been the best shooters in the country. Why because we/they shoot all types of targets and games. We have a club in Ohio with 8 $300
jackpots that not one has been broken since July 2014, and Bob Caplinger won that one.

I have this to say about PIKE CUNTY,OHIO shooters, when shooting at the Missouri Fall Handicaps in the 70s- 80s and 90s, we took home more trophies and Money than any other state at the Missouri Fall Handicap.

I have my share to back that up that statement. But my age group has been diminishing over the last 20 YEARS, AND NOW THE YOUNGER SHOOTERS ARE TAKING OVER.

Because our area shoot 3 hole 50+ yard targets at our Calcuttas, Buddy Shoots, Meat Shoots and Game Shoots, plus We have more Sporting Clay Shoots than any other 6 state area in the USA.

Our 5 state area is the toughest shooters in the WORLD, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michighan, Indiana, Kentucky and I forgot West Virginia

This is the largest trapshooting area in the USA, bar none period.
