This was originally a field gun #225×× manufactured around 1950 I used to hunt quail and Chukars with it and then I converted it to shoot in classic SXS sporting clays events. 30" barrels, choked Imp/Cyl and Lt/Mod, added a raised Keen step-up rib, removable. Custom Macon M/C stock, Beavertail forearm, had the receiver and forearm iron case colored/hardened using bone. LOP 14-1/2 " DAC 1-1/2" DAH 2". Springs and firing pins replaced. Satin wood finish. It's a stand-out leaning in the gun rack. Never was a collectors gun but nonetheless an American Classic. $4250.00 $100.00 shipping and insurance which includes a Browning SxS hard case Joescout
No, shot it this Saturday. Works perfect. Very good trigger. I a very nice Parker Brothers #1 frame it also is a very nice shooter. From what I've seen the price is should be good. Thanks. Joe
